50th Anniversary Symposium of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia (ASSA)
Professor Fethi Mansouri was recently invited to attend the 50th Anniversary Symposium of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia (ASSA) as a speaker. The session’s topic was: “Can dealing better with crisis lead to a more just and diverse society?”.
Distinguished speakers discuss the historical consequences of gendered violence and minority politics, the future of migration, multiculturalism and diversity in Australia’s post-COVID future, the need to move beyond homogeneity in tackling gender inequality, and our duty of care to protect and decolonise climate governance.
Professor Mansouri presented on: “The future of mobility and diversity in Australia’s post-COVID social recovery”.
