UNESCO Chair, Professor Fethi Mansouri, participated in an HDR Mentoring session and panel discussion, organised by UNESCO Research Fellow, Dr Amanuel Elias in his role as HDR coordinator with his fellow coordinator Dr Jessica Walton.
The Mentoring session and panel discussion was designed to give advice on navigating a post PhD research career. Professor Mansouri spoke about his own research journey and the many different resources available through the Alfred Deakin Institute.
Six early career researchers who took part in the panel discussion, shared their post PhD experiences and career pathways, also giving advice on building your profile, networks and employability.
