Overnight there were three separate terrorist attacks – in France, Tunisia and Kuwait.
In Tunisia the attack as at a beach resort favoured by foreign tourists and this is the second time this has happened this year following the attack on the Bardo Museum in March that left 22 people dead. What has led to these attacks and does it have anything to do with returning fighters from other battles or something else? Alfred Deakin Professor Fethi Mansouri speaks to Geraldine Doogue.
